Wayne Rooney registered his first ever goal at a World Cup but it was not enough to diminish the two goals of Luis Suarez. Focus then turned to Italy's clash with Costa Rica, which saw the underdogs pull off a second consecutive upset, beating Italy 1-0.

So with Mata and De Gea already eliminated with Spain, and Rooney, Welbeck, Smalling and Jones all out with England, the question is:
